Difficult adhesion to the bed. . . Great color!

My printers are garaged so winter temperatures can affect print quality. That being said, I have a few PLA filaments that print well at the 60F my garage provides. There is no PL in that. It deforms SO MUCH on my Prusa i3. I really should include some photos to show the carnage, but unfortunately I don't have the prints to hand at the moment. I tried different ways to make it stick to my smooth PEI spring steel sheet. I've scratched one side (thoroughly), used the smooth side, used various…

One of the best threads I have ever used

I have used so many brands of thread from the cheapest to the most expensive but this thread is amazing once you open it. The coil is beautifully packaged in a resealable airtight bag which is very comfortable to the touch. The material has a very interesting texture which isn't very common in PLA reels, plus the spool is a nice hard clear plastic that seems to hold up and doesn't bend easily. But how is it printed? Really good! The models are beautiful and the support material is very easy to…

The best PLA I've ever used, much better than ESUN/Domestic

TLDR: Very high quality filament at a reasonable price. Much better and more stable than the ESUN/Inland or Makerbot/KeeneVillagePlastics thread I've used in the past. Background: I've owned several printers over the years, but I'm currently using a standard CR-10 running Cura 3.4. For the past 3-4 years I've mostly used ESUN/Inland filament due to the price and improvement over the old Makerbot filament (which I had endless problems with). Browsing the Lulzbot website, I learned that their…
