The touchscreen only works if you have a USB-C port, but otherwise it's a great second screen when you're out of the office.

After uploading, I have to unplug the USB for the video to move to HDMI and then plug the USB back in for the sensor to work. When I received it both seals on the box had been broken off. It may have worked well, but I didn't pay for a used or refurbished one. I sent it back.

The USB-C cable connecting the monitor to the device is too short, less than 12 inches. I asked if there was a dedicated cable for this and was told any USB-C cable would do. I bought three different C-cables and none of them work. Very upset. Can someone help?

I bought this monitor over a year ago, it still works like new with no issues, great sound quality and great picture quality. I lost the cable to the screen so I contacted the manufacturer and was pleasantly surprised to receive the missing cable within a day! and the manufacturer followed me to make sure everything works! Excellent customer service! Sometimes it pays to buy a product from a seller who really cares! Highly recommended!

I contacted support for help. They reacted promptly. They told me to get HDMI to USB-C or USB-A to USB-C, both video cables. None of them worked. The only way to get the screen working was from HDMI to HDMI mini. This will not happen from USB-C to USB-C. I return the screen.

Failure after 65 days. Revain will NOT refund money for defective devices within 30 days. It will not start without turning off the power. Completely unsatisfied. Customer service is not helpful.
