Sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes you're pleasantly surprised. As an economical air filter option, the number of pleats and pleat depth of this filter is fantastic. I don't know how good the filter material actually is, but the amount is very large. Fits like stock.

Wow! I had to send another product to Revain that didn't fit. It was too long and, unlike the original equipment, had a tongue for orientation. Although this device was slightly longer than the original, it did not have an alignment tab. It took a bit more strength to put it back in place and it's a little tricky to align the cover with all 4 screws. It's still ready in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Revain's 'Check Fit' feature says it will fit my 2018 Ford Escape SE but it is not. The parts look almost the same, but the dimensions are slightly different. The Potauto portion is approximately 1/4 inch longer than the right side of the rim. See pictures. it is not possible to reinstall all 4 screws.

I have bought several of these over the years. Approximately every third is a bit too long (wide) and must be pressed in between the filter and the post with a wide lever until the flange on the filter snaps into the clips and groove on the housing, otherwise assembly with a gap. When installed correctly, they work great. If it's near, don't give up - it can be installed.

Ideal for 2013 Escape 2L Eco Boost (Turbo) In my situation, no "twist and push" or play the accordion to force the filter into the box. Fomoco filters made by master craftsmen. I would risk $12 and order one of these. If it doesn't fit, return it. Or twist and press to make it work. Or run to the local Napa (made by Wix), Napa seems to fit.

The filter is of acceptable construction. As mentioned in other reviews, there is no alignment tab. No problem as the seat in the water box is very tight. The installation requires a lot of effort. The biggest problem I had was getting the top back onto the filter housing. I'm not entirely sure, but I suspect it was due to the overall length of the new device being too long compared to the OEM. I trust Potauto replacement filters. I have bought them for many of my cars and they have always worked very well. I recently purchased a MAP 6008 filter for my 2017 Ford Escape SE. I found the Potauto filter to be perfect, even better than the one installed at my Ford dealer.
