Disappointing Socket Performance

When I tried this product, it failed to meet my expectations. The socket was not durable and began to wear out quickly, making it difficult to use. The grip was also not strong enough, which caused slippage during use.

Quality outlet at a good price. I used it on the 2013 Triumph.

Quality socket at a good price. I used this on a 2013 Triumph Speed Triple to remove and install the rear wheel as it has a single sided swingarm with a nut.

Outstanding Hand Tool Service

I just received an EMPTY BOX! and to make matters worse, the item isn't even in the box! I needed this item to do the necessary maintenance on my car. UPDATE!: I wrote a complaint about the product, they promised delivery in two days, and the product arrived the next day! I was upset but I think the problem was that the first time it came the item was packaged in a folding box with a sad apology for duct tape on it. The replacement arrived safely sealed in bubble wrap which I think is the best…
