Twist it on in Power Tool Parts and Accessories

Overall satisfied with this product. However, if you cannot screw the valve onto the hose or vice versa, you will find it very difficult to connect the valve to the hose.

Not good keep looking

I've been using them for over a year. They don't close anymore. Chips and dust get in and the gate does not close completely. I can use them closed on my planer, it's that bad. I'm going to update my system and get rid of them.

Excellent tightness

Installed in my carpentry shop as a dust collector with 4-way partition. I was worried about air leaking through them when closed, but they seal perfectly. When closed, almost no air is drawn through them, which impressed me.

They are supposed to cover hoses but will catch dust and prevent them from closing

I bought six of these and they all won't close fully without a thorough cleaning. It's not worth it. I would have sent them all back if I had noticed this problem sooner. This largely explains the loss of suction I am experiencing with my 1200 CFM Rikon dust collector.

Works but not very well

They match your dust collection system but not very well. Disadvantages of tubing: However, since the stems are ribbed instead of smooth, your connection will not seal without taping the hole. Result: Save an additional $5 and get a smooth walled version of the same product or create your own PVC chart. 40 clutches
