I was very disappointed with the stand that came with this lightweight pad; It was broken when I got it and when I tried to fix it to use it the stand assembly just fell apart. I have since reordered the light bar with a different version of the stand.

Better than expected. The carrying case is very handy and has a zippered outside pocket for the power cord. The only thing I didn't understand is that the power cord is what you need. (This is not a charging cable. It would get double stars if it was a product that charges so it can be used without always being plugged in.)

I ordered a B4 Light Block and received an A4. When I came back and ordered a B4, I received an A4 again. I also didn't like the wide border at the top. It is difficult to add clips from this site. I ended up ordering from another company. This new light mat had narrow bezels on all sides, making it easy to use clips on all four sides.

Very happy with this light board. No problem when the cord needs to be in the perfect spot to work, and with a slightly larger size I can create 12x16 images without repositioning if I don't mind having a row or three in a dark border. The case is cute but impractical as diamond photos are great for an artist who just wants to grab a few pens and pages.

Seems like a good product but unfortunately they sent me a smaller one. Ordered version B4. And got A4. I don't think it's the company's fault, just the wrong choice of the Revain employee. We all make mistakes and it's really just a few bucks more so never mind lol. i will keep it I'm not one to make a fuss. Delivered the next day. The cable is not very long, there is no plug. But otherwise I'm satisfied. The bag is good for storage.

I bought and used a smaller A4 diamond tracing pad/tray. When a friend came across this hobby, I gave her my smaller notebook and ordered this one. The cable was shorter than my previous pad and I feel this contributed to perhaps more tension on the cable where it enters the pad. The cable then started to wiggle at the panel and eventually it seemed to cause some sort of disconnect and the light started flickering and I had to wiggle and secure the cable with a piece of tape to get it to catch…

Yes, I ordered used. But the description says it is in good condition. Everything was still there. The bag is great. Has a stand. Light looking in excellent condition. But it doesn't work. It came with a string. The cable is very loose when connected to the lightbar. Changed cable but nothing. What you actually need to do is press firmly on the back of the light where it plugs in. I have no problems with the backlight at all. However, the stand is very flimsy and cannot hold a light bar and a small diamond painting without falling apart, nor is it very convenient to adjust. The case is fine, but I seriously doubt that it offers very good shock protection for the lightbar, or if something metallic or a pointed handle in the front pocket touches the lightbar it could damage it.
