I like that they are very easy for me as an administrator of my clinic/practice because there isn't much work involved in setting up new clinics or adding patients into existing ones! The pricing seems high when compared with some free options out their such as Google Docs but it's worth every penny if you have enough people using your platform which we do! I love that it has all of my patient information in one place. It's very organized which makes keeping track of everything easy. I am not a fan of how difficult it is to navigate through the program. There are so many options to choose from that it can be confusing at times. Also, some of the screens are hard to read due to the font size.
