Ideal for quickly checking a table saw blade.

Great little square. Don't confuse it with the other red square. I use it to check the table saw blade for 90 degrees to the table. Pros: Small, fits in your pocket. He's square. Can be used to check how square small objects are. Cons: It's small.

Pros
  • Attaches to boxes, picture frames, etc. for easy alignment while gluing.
Cons
  • compatible.

Rounded corners are convenient for measuring and marking tools

I really like this product. It is accurate and exactly as advertised. However, for a precision instrument, the rounded outer corners feel a bit hacky to me. I want to throw a square in the inner corner of the corner and not see the light like a machinist's square or a draftsman's square. This is not a disadvantage, just a preference. This is a good product.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure

This small square is of very good quality, well made and accurate compared to Starret's machine square. Slots on each side allow me to easily clamp workpieces on my small drill stand, and the markings on the metric ruler are sharp and accurate compared to the trusted Toledo ruler.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • so far so good

Useful for small woodwork

I have found this carpenter's square very useful, I have used it 4 or 5 times to line up bevel cuts before driving nails (with a pneumatic nailer) and it was definitely faster than the traditional one square I used and it's small enough to fit in one of the pencil pockets on my carpenter's apron (only one pocket specifically for wide pencils) so it's always ready, I'll say the only downside is that it's a bit small For larger jobs a lot of people work mostly in 2X4 and it probably won't work…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged
