Very user friendly, excellent product and great help by Premier Inc

I like how easy it was to use for my organization (employer). It's simple but also very customizable if you need additional features such as customizing forms or adding new fields/options etc.. The customer service team at premier inc are fantastic! They have been extremely helpful with any questions we've had since implementing this system in our facility!! There isn't anything that i dislike about using Prime when working within your workplace environment; however there may be things outside…

Premier Health is great for keeping your medical team on the same page

Nothing so far. This is a great tool to ensure proper use of services and medications. With this system, my team at our primary clinic gets notifications when I take medication and sends me reminders every day or two that I need to get some medication refilled if needed. The fact that they are able to send these reminders helps with keeping everyone on the same page in regards to their health care needs. Great program for patient care and communication, especially for remote offices

I like that I can communicate via my EHR with anyone in an immediate area! I think the program could be more user-friendly! Sometimes I can find it difficult to navigate using the mouse or finger - it is difficult to click and hold down options for easy navigation. When I am in a car and using the EHR, I can see what is going on with my patients when I am not on the road. I feel safer! I can also communicate with doctors who do not have access to the program.
