I like that I can communicate via my EHR with anyone in an immediate area! I think the program could be more user-friendly! Sometimes I can find it difficult to navigate using the mouse or finger - it is difficult to click and hold down options for easy navigation. When I am in a car and using the EHR, I can see what is going on with my patients when I am not on the road. I feel safer! I can also communicate with doctors who do not have access to the program. The platform has been extremely easy to customize for our needs. They have great customer service (which I can't say about every vendor). We are able to easily track all aspects related to patient care within one place! It's not perfect but it does what we need right now with minimal customization needed from us or them!!
