Bought these hooks to hold pot holders. The magnets are very strong and a hook could probably hold both gloves. Ideal small hooks for kitchens in small spaces. Worth buying.

These hooks are not solid, there is a magnetic disc and part of the hook that screws into the disc. On the set I received, the hook portion does not fully thread into the disc and the threads are still visible. The hooks were cheap and they look the part. I am extremely disappointed.

8# Capacity must mean something very different to them than it does to me. These magnets are barely strong enough to hold whatever you want to hang on the hooks. Beware because they are also listed as "non-refundable". I'm sure Revain will support this, but don't worry about the snags.

Magnets advertised as 'Super Strong' - we bought these to hang our 2lb dry erase calendar on the fridge. The magnets slide down with the calendar so we had to put extra magnets under the base of the hook magnet to keep it from moving. They work? Yes. However, would I buy again? no I would find something of higher quality that doesn't need to be repeated for it to work as described.

I bought these to hang my oven mitts on the fridge (next to the oven). Each magnet comes with a screw hook. Both hooks I received do not fully screw into the magnet. However, this does not affect the use of this product. I can see the strings when my oven mitts aren't hanging from them, otherwise I can't see it visually. The magnet is strong! Overall they seem very durable, I would recommend them.

I used to buy a pair of these magnetic hooks and they have worked well. Recently I needed more so I bought again. This time one unit was fine and working just as well as the previous purchase, but the other unit was broken and unusable. Once the hook was screwed into the base it just kept turning without reaching the end point and in fact I was able to easily pull it back out without unscrewing it. Since the hook doesn't stay upright, it's useless to me.

I love these hooks - I use them on my fridge to hang silicone oven mitts and lids, my cast stainless steel washcloth, bottle brush and kitchen towel. So in total I bought 6 sets of 2 as needed. The magnets are VERY strong. The only reason I thought to remove the star was because the hooks weren't screwed tight enough to the magnetic feet. So if you're not careful part of the hook could turn sideways and throw kitchen towels etc onto the floor - I've tried gluing them but no success so far. Next

On the plus side they have very strong magnets. Luckily I only needed one to hang the calendar in my office as the second had a hole for the hook to screw into. I'm not sure if it shows in my uploaded photo. I think I'll see if I have a faucet that fits the small hole so I can clean the threads. If not, get a fridge magnet. Too cheap to bother with returns, especially since you have to cut open the case with scissors to get the two magnets out.

Just received these magnetic hooks. The product comes with the hooks removed - you need to screw them to the magnetic base, which works great. Nicely done. One note: Although the title says 'Heavy Duty', the packaging clearly states the 8lb capacity. They stick strongly to the rough side of my fridge. I attached 9 cardboard flyers from my recycling circle and other notices to the Acco folder and hung the folder on the hook. Everything stays pretty good - doesn't slide down in the fridge. That's
