I like how easy it is to set up new promos, which are then published instantly in our sales funnel for all of my clients! It's also great that they can be adjusted easily if needed or we need more granularity than their templates offer (which seem pretty detailed). The UI could use some work but you're not stuck with what appears out-of-the box - everything works fine as long as your data meets prizlogics needs.
