Maximo Anywhere works seamlessly between mobile and desktop

The most helpful aspect is having all our processes in one place! We have been able to implement many different types of workflows that were previously difficult or not possible when using other software programs/tools. Also being able to add new fields without rewriting pages can be very useful too. Not much I dislike about this program so far - everything has worked well with us thus far. It's helping streamline my team members' productivity as we're now able to more consistently run reports

  • Ability use it remotely if needed / remote access options available
  • Ease at which you are allowed update process maps, etc

Great Flowcharting Software That's User Friendly

The best thing about this software is how user friendly everything was from start up until use as an administrator or consultant. I enjoyed seeing all my processes in one place that made them easier to follow along with our other programs such as Office 365! There wasn't really anything i disliked at first glance but if your looking for something out-of-the box then maybe try their free trial before purchase? We used BPM within Excel so we could manage projects more efficiently by using flow…

Great collaboration tool for internal teams

It's easy enough that anyone can use in their company without any technical assistance by our team! We have been able to implement multiple workflows with varying types of users from different departments within my organization (including non-technical) all using one system. I wish we had more options when creating forms or templates such as text formatting but this is not something they're addressing at present so its just easier if they build out customization themselves before launch than…

Great system, highly recommend for businesses looking to automate workflow operations

I like how easy this software is! We've been using all three modules so far (Checklisting/Workflows & Task Scheduling) but we really haven't found anything that's not useful in any way shape or form - they're great at what their doing :) It would be nice if there was an option where users could choose between 2-3 different interface views depending upon preference instead having one set up view throughout? That being said though our team has had zero issues with them as such!! So nothing much…
