Description of Prochem Concentrate Professional Upholstery B109 1M

Use during extraction after cleaning with either a truck mount or portable machine for a restorative clean on residential and commercial carpets, apartments, and upholstery. Inhibits carpet color bleeding, dye migration, browning and soil wicking. Use it to stabilize dyes on most fabrics, area rugs and other textiles. Also effective as a urine neutralizer: apply as a post-mist or use as part of a deep saturation and sub-extraction decontamination process. 1 gal. makes up to 129 gals. of RTU solution for approximately 400 sq. ft. per diluted gal.

Amazing Fiber Neutralizer

As a former professional carpet cleaner I have always used this product, I endorse it. An amazing dog urine neutralizing agent. Makes carpet soft. Prevents carpets from getting dirty and leaves fibers without a trace.

Stick to the cleaning products store

So I buy 3 of these products specifically looking for a lot of traffic. Don't waste money. Nothing but the bought ones. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Plus no return policy so I'll stick with crappy carpet cleaner.

Works perfectly! It is a rinse aid, NOT a cleaning solution. This is step 4/5 for carpet cleaning.

Excellent performance in removing years of residue. My rugs are 5 years old, they are tangled beyond recognition and now feel soft and fluffy. Not brand new but darn close to worn carpets. I used this product to rinse carpets after cleaning with prochem dry mud and then loosened the carpets with the Grandi Groom carpet rake. This product alone will not clean your carpets as it is a rinse aid and not a cleaning solution. The smell is very soft and fresh, similar to baby powder. Pre-spray…
