Exactly as described. I took the old valves off, cut the pipe so the joint and gasket were smooth, then put those valves in and it was done. No leaks, appears to be a good build material and pops as easily as it pops. Like Shark Bites, but $4 less per valve

Squeezing the yellow ring did not unlock this valve allowing it to be placed back on the hose. I had to cut it off and use a compression fit. It leaked a little, probably because the surface of the tube wasn't perfect or new even after it was sanded down.

I've only used a few so far. I bought them for a new bathroom that is still under construction. But the 2 I installed worked perfectly, easy to install, no drops or other issues. The price was reasonable and I like the design more than the Sharkbites as the trip is easier to turn when needed.

I am a confirmed purchaser of these 10 packs. How come you don't include a removal tool with these valves? Should I buy the $12 Shark Bite Tool?
