I've only been using this for a few weeks but so far so good. Switching to this hair dryer has reduced some of the main issues I struggled with with my last hair dryer. Only with this and my trusty round brush was I able to get smooth, straight hair, which says a lot because I usually have to straighten my hair with a flat iron after blowing it out to tame frizz. It wasn't quiet, quite loud so I used low settings the whole time. A month ago I suddenly switched to high heat with the low setting. Then the handle became very hot and difficult to hold, and the smell of burning wire began. This is a waste of my money. I wish I could go back and get my money back.
