I have ordered several times but the last time I noticed that the product is different. The valves inside were different and were sticking out from the inside so I had to glue them on so they wouldn't touch the cheesecake and ruin it. As before, you can fold down the flaps, which makes it easier to close the box. I'm wondering if they've changed their product recently as I know it's different from the last two batches I bought.

Great things. I use them for cookies I bake for my church; Each box easily holds a dozen large cookies. I highly recommend getting waxed 10" wheels for added stability. I've used them for a single layer round cake (usually as a double layer cake) and a 9 inch cake fits well; But it definitely needs 10" chucks for both weight support and chucking. The large windows upstairs are also very good for seeing what's inside. I've been buying them for many years; You are excellent.

I buy them monthly for my home bakery and in the past IE gave them 5 star reviews. However, this package appears to be made from a different material. Formally, the box had a glass surface. You can wipe them off with a damp cloth if there are fingerprints on them (like I often do with frosting and batter), but this batch has a flatter porous surface. Definitely don't wipe them off! I am very disappointed to find new coverage or lack thereof. I hope it was an accident. If my next purchase is the
