I buy them monthly for my home bakery and in the past IE gave them 5 star reviews. However, this package appears to be made from a different material. Formally, the box had a glass surface. You can wipe them off with a damp cloth if there are fingerprints on them (like I often do with frosting and batter), but this batch has a flatter porous surface. Definitely don't wipe them off! I am very disappointed to find new coverage or lack thereof. I hope it was an accident. If my next purchase is the same, I'll be forced to switch suppliers.
