Tara is excellent, treated us to a chocolate cake.

I need to measure in the milligram range and after some research and experience with this unit I've found that it's accurate to 0.004, I can live with 4/thousand. The weighing station must be protected from drafts and kept away from ventilation openings.

Zeroing problem

I really love it but it needs to be strong and strong but I understand why it has a size weight to fit in the suitcase. Because you have to recalibrate it every time you move it, and it pretty much stays on the table, just opening and closing.

Terrible inaccuracy

Completely inaccurate. Two objects of known exact mass weighed, both off by more than 5 GRAM, not 1 or 2 milligram. 5 GRAMS. Recalibrated twice, still not working, but the weight was "correctly" measured. I've bought other scales that measured accurately right out of the box. Send this junk back

Very easy to set up and use. Very accurate and durable.

I bought this to weigh my kratom powder and its accuracy is incredible, to within thousandths. I've been using it for a few months now and am very happy with it. Works well so I can take it with me. The only criticism is that the battery cover keeps coming off. Functionality is not compromised in any way as the batteries are still safe, it's just a bit annoying. Overall worth every penny.

If you are looking for a well-made scale that is accurate and consistent, avoid this item.

I had high expectations and even high hopes when I ordered this item. It's made out of really cheap injection molded plastic which doesn't make it "durable" as advertised. Also, the calibration weight doesn't even fit into the body as snugly as one would expect. it moves from side to side when tilted with the cover. Overall it looks and feels like a cheap toy. Worst of all, even when placed on an extremely solid surface, the item's displayed weight will bounce around after multiple calibration…

Very sensitive the best among gauges and scales

This scale is very sensitive! Simply pull your hand down to remove what you are weighing and the scale will move. This makes it difficult for me to zero the tare. I press the tare button and take my hand off the scale. It usually reports 0.003g or something like that. It definitely doesn't interfere with what I'm doing, but be aware that it won't affect your calculations. Also remember that it has a maximum range of 50g. I didn't think this would be an issue with what I do until I had to weigh…

Nice surprise

I have been using Frankford scales for 7 years and they meet my needs very well. Its accuracy (not to be confused with accuracy) is 1/10th of a grain. For most of my downloads this accuracy is fine, but there is one download where I need higher accuracy. It's not necessary, but it would be nice.
