My business couldn't survive without this software!

I like that it's very user friendly - as with any software, you get better at using it over time but it was easy to learn right off the bat! It has been great for our business needs so far. We've loved having all of the information in one spot without much hassle or confusion. One thing we wish we could do would be have more than just 1 way for an employee to input something into the system (it only allows them to use text boxes which they aren't always able to read).   • I dislike that it is so expensive and that it is limited to just one person (our manager) being able to use it at a time

Easy Implementation and Customer Satisfaction

The ease in which I implemented it by myself into my website was great when compared to other systems that require more technical knowledge! No problems with implementation, but we did have some issues getting our first customer onboarded as they had several previous software implementations from different vendors (including Profit Prem). But all things considered the integration process went fine without any unexpected changes or difficulties. For us this program has been an instant success…
