Prograde 63031 WOOD CHISEL Review

As a hesitant buyer, I decided to give this hand tool a chance. As my tests showed, it's a great addition to any industrial and scientific workspace. The handle provides a comfortable grip, and the sharp blade easily cuts through wood. The only con I noticed was that the blade needed sharpening after moderate use. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient wood chisel.

It is obvious that other reviewers who write "good", "excellent", "perfect" etc. do not know what a good chisel is. It arrived with a fairly even edge, and that edge was lost after a slot of the hinge was gouged out. I'm sending it back even if I have to pay shipping. It's 2019 and we have every means to have better tools than today.

The Pro bundle is a bit optimistic. The blade is rough and rough. The grip does not inspire confidence. Suitable for lying in a drawer or tool box, not something that feels like a hand and is a beautiful thing, like a fine chisel, but then it's probably the cheapest, both in terms of cost and quality , so comparing it to a chisel several times its cost may be unfair.
