I ordered this as a last resort because I can't find shoes that won't hurt my feet. I have a very high instep (the bone on my foot) and every shoe I've tried puts pressure on the instep and cuts off blood flow. With the velcro strap on top this shoe should be adjustable during the day when I walk or sit and my feet swell.
