I like how easy it is for my team members who are not familiar or comfortable using Excel software can jump right into this program without any training required! If you have an existing system built out within excel then there's no need to learn anything new about creating reports because all functionality will be available through one place - which makes life easier when trying to get multiple people involved at once (i'm looking @ my coworkers!). The best thing about prospect direct is its user friendly interface. I love how easy it is for me to navigate through the website. It is very easy to use and understand. There are many features which make it great. I have used this software for my business and it has helped me a lot. The ability for me as an account executive or inside candidate recruiter is being able to see who I am targeting at each level within my prospect organization so we can have more communication going forward when it comes time to interview/hire those candidates! It also allows us to send targeted emails which are much less likely than mass mailings to be ignored.
