Prospector Co. Aftershave Splash - Enhancing KC Atwood's Experience Review

Excellent product. Haven't used liquid aftershave in 20 years. Didn't know liquids could be so good. A pleasant and very mild scent that pushes the quality of the product into the background. As soon as aftershave is applied, I forget I just shaved.

I bought a shaving soap and was looking for an aftershave that 1. matched the scent of my soap and 2. met the Prime criteria. This aftershave is great. I have been using the wet shave for 4 years now and this product is my delight. It is not alcohol based so there is no burning. Instead, witch hazel is used as an astringent. It has a very light citrus-orange scent with a little spice. It will dissolve within an hour but for me it's perfect as it doesn't interfere with the perfume when you want…

I received a bottle as a gift and it was delivered broken. I bought a second bottle which also arrived broken. The box smelled nice but I couldn't use the products. Both bottles had their bottoms come off even though they were securely wrapped in bubble wrap. Since I have no money, I will not buy a third bottle.

, as soon as I opened the bottle, it smelled a bit like lemon. not strong, but very weak. I have found that I have to use an excess amount to get it smelling on my skin. It can be seen in the photo but with a slight yellow tint. I tested it after shaving and it has really good astringent properties with no tingling or burning. I don't think it's anything special, especially for the price.

It's clean and refreshing. As others have pointed out, this isn't an all-day cologne, it's a spritz. It's great when my 5 year old grandson does it for a bit. Highly recommended.

I bought this with my wonderful fruity TOBS shaving cream. Unfortunately my item arrived frozen with broken glass due to the polar vortex. Revain returned the money and I bought again. Good luck next time. Got my second bottle thanks to Revain. Well, there is almost no smell. The aroma present is a light hint of citrus masked by tea tree oil. In terms of hydration, it does a good job and I'm guessing it's aloe. Generally a good aftershave but Thayers is cheaper at half price, I have no regrets…
