ProTapes Pro General Purpose Masking Review

Not very good. Very thin. Too easy to cry I took a chance for $4.50 - wrong. I found a better quality roll of Duct Brand Masking Tape at Walmart for $2.75 with tax. If you live near Walmart go there.

I've been using this tape for a few months now and it works great for my vegetable and chrome tanned leather intentions. This is the low tack tape I was looking for and it doesn't leave a residue on the skin or leave a residue. Very satisfied with the product.

I bought this ribbon because it is very thin and I thought it would work well with my 3D printer. It worked flawlessly, especially when using K-Stick glue. I am very satisfied with the belt for this special purpose. I haven't used it for anything else, but I'm sure it can be used for other tasks.

I never thought I would take the time to write a review about duct tape but this brand is so bad I had to tell people about it. It's flimsy, flimsy, and won't straighten out without tearing (if you use masking tape a lot, you'll know what that means). It took me 10 minutes to put three pieces of tape on the box because the tape kept tearing on the sides. So don't waste your money on this cheap stuff - spend a little more and buy a famous brand.

Image shows 2 inch product. Yes, I haven't read it. It ended up being 1 inch which I don't need :( It's cheap and doesn't stick. Which can be a plus when taking it off. Best used for painting but blue tape is better for this task. 1. Double check if you use it 2" wide and don't mind the image (about $1 difference) :( and compared to 2 star duct tape which is absolutely great. It doesn't. It doesn't stick well. So what's the point.

The first 1/4 roll did not come off the roll as a single piece of tape. Once you start it will break into small pieces. The roll had many dents and looked like it had been heated or melted down. After about 10 minutes of fighting with him, the first 1/4 part was gone. If you pull a piece straight, it will come loose, a full piece at least. If I hadn't needed the broadband on the day I received it, I would have sent it back immediately. I do not recommend this product.

This tape is perfect! Super sticky and high quality, it's great for stretching watercolor paper onto plexiglass with my 9x12 Arches 300lb nonblock paper. I use 11x14 Plexiglas that my husband bought from Home Depot, it's thicker and doesn't warp. Be careful if you decide to try this watercolor paper stretch option to use thicker plexiglass to keep the paper from warping. People who complain about this duct tape expect them to pull it out like duct tape. NOT CORRECT! To use this tape, gently pull the leading edge from side to side and then begin to pull it to length.
