Description of Prusament 1.75mm Filament: Optimized Diameter Tolerance for Additive Manufacturing Products

Manufactured in-house by Prusa Polymers - We were not satisfied with the quality of filaments on the market. So we decided to make our own. As a part of Prusa Research companies group, we are the only 3D printer manufacturer with its own filament production. Premium-grade materials and thorough testing - The whole manufacturing process is closely monitored and tested – string diameter, color consistency, and mechanical properties – to make sure that every spool is perfect. High Quality you can check yourself - We are the only manufacturer that gives customers the option to fully inspect parameters of every filament spool. Just scan a QR code on the spool to see all details online. 0. 02 mm Manufacturing Precision - We believe the industry standard of 0. 05 mm isn’t sufficient for perfect 3D printing. Instead, we 0. 02mm precision and highly-consistent colors in our filaments.

Best filament brand I have ever used

Two color printing using this Prusament Blue Plus Yellow made in China. I would now pay Prusament's premium price just for its perfect wrap. I have to attend to the yellow spool every 15 minutes and free up some more filament so I can print without the spool getting stuck. I'm sure the Prusament spool will run unattended from the first to the last mm of filament. And she is beautiful. And it prints great. I will buy Prusament every time it comes in the color I want.

Excellent thread. not much more.

I am new to 3D printing and this is the third spool I have used so far if I can count the standard 250g spool that came with my Creality Cr-20 Pro. And frankly, that ordinary white filament wasn't bad. Then I bought Proto Pasta which is good but quite expensive considering it costs the same as Prusament Azure Blue but weighed half as much. The prussement is fantastic. It prints very well, is finely wound and, according to Prusa, has significantly better tolerances than similar or more expensive

  • Very Expensive

3D printing filament

later so Prusa filament. Everyone talks about it as well. As far as I know it is considered a thread high. So I pulled the trigger. 50+ costs paid. I have to say this is by far one of the worst threads I've ever used. I have several filament printers and on none of them have I been able to get it to stick to the build plate. All my cars have heated glass panels. I tried everything I could think of to make it stick. It was ensured that the plates were very clean. Increase the pace. Decreased in…
