15 minutes to install. Dishwasher models that use this element are generally terribly dry. The standard heating element lasted 1 year. It was a reasonable replacement at a good price.

I've looked online and everyone says to replace the heater if the dishes aren't drying. Thought for that kind of cost I'd give it a try. I did that and I still had the same problem. I think next time I'll do a more thorough investigation before ordering.

Works just like the OEM but at a much lower price. It should be noted that this does not include brass nuts. My old brass nuts were corroded so I had to buy them separately. Look at your brass nuts (no pun intended) if you need to order them.

This part worked fine, but I couldn't use the same brackets in the bottom of the dishwasher for the gaskets that hold the element off the bottom. The new item is not the same size as the replacement item. I was able to add spacers to the item to keep it working but the part will not fit.

Just a warning, this brand is not compatible with my dishwasher. It doesn't heat up. I double checked that everything is connected properly, but it still doesn't heat up properly. I noticed it's a lot bigger than the previous one that was in the washing machine. Too bad I spent the money and now have to find another.

First of all, hats off to the PRYSM team! I should receive the package 2 days after ordering. Unfortunately, FedEx messed up my package and the part went to a different location (multiple states).
