Top-Performing filter, an innovative choice

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can say that this filter is a ground-breaking discovery for my engine. Perfect fit for my Touareg 4.2

Great product. So far I have used different manufacturers (Mann/Bosch/Mahle/Hengst) in my 2004 Touareg 4.2 V8. My personal impression is that all the filters were quality products and did their job well, but this K&N filter for example has excellent workmanship. where the paper filter element is embedded in the plastic ends. However, I'm also surprised that it's the cheapest of them all. Bought a few to save for future oil changes.

Decent Quality and Reasonable Price

You would think you would pay less for a bare oil filter with no housing or check valves, right? Then why are they usually north of twelve dollars? My attempts to find cheap filters for my Jetta have led me to filters that break when you tighten the housing because they are too long, filters with barely enough paper to go around them on the outside, and o-rings that are hard as nails, that are leaking. between oil changes. These filters (I have them in stock) were the right price and great…
