It lets me pull my CRM data into Power BI for reports/dashboards, it's been a bit clunky from time to time (some of its functions can be slow) but we've got it working now and are able to easily track our customer service. We have also moved all sales reports over as well which was difficult before! The support is really good - they're always available when we need help with questions or issues. Nothing at this point.
