I like that they are very organized and have great customer service! The staff is always willing to help you out any time of day or night. Sometimes it can be hard to get hold of someone but once you do its no problem getting an answer immediately. They don't offer online marketing services as far as we know. The team is very responsive in terms of providing updates as they come through (and always within 24 hours). They are also able to provide some great ideas for campaigns that can be implemented quickly without having too many people involved or resources dedicated towards them - which makes sense given our limited budget! I would like more detail about how much money each campaign will cost us so we don't spend way over what's realistic but this could just mean better reporting from their end?
