Item arrived damaged. The box it came in along with the other cat food was fine but the Friskie cat food box in the main box was in terrible condition. 15 out of 40 cans were bent, dented and badly damaged. Two cans were opened and the smell coming out of the box was terrible. I reported the issue and it was fixed quickly. For that I say thank you for the problem which was fixed immediately. My cats don't really like darker chunks. They eat the lighter bites, but they only like pies. I agree with them. It seems to have gotten better. I will no longer buy slices or fillets. I have a lot of these and prefer the large 60 can pie at Costco. I have a very old cat and now she has canned chicken or mackerel for many days. My cats love friskies so the product itself is great but wherever these boxes are from, TERRIBLE! My box looked fine from the outside, a little stained on the outside but nothing I wanted to question. I opened it this morning and the top of the jar was completely slashed down the side (see pic) and the jar was empty, dry and gross!
