🔄 Improved Replacement Step Pad for Putco Boss Bars (1928) Review

The product arrived boxed but one of the pins was broken. I will definitely fix them with glue as two have fallen off in the past.

Note that full size poles will require a cut to fit the support pole. Just look carefully at what you're removing before attempting to install a new one.

I was skeptical that this would match the rest of the pads on my 2003 Nerf bars but they are close enough. The profile is the same, the wording is slightly different with the original saying Putco The Very Best but the latter Putco Boss.

That's all I could find. My Putco Boss bars are 20 years old. The original had pointed ends, these 1928's have rounded ones, I made the front and back on my full body bars so the ones in the middle are different for the quad cab tailgate and the black connector on the end fits into the bars. , while the old ones from the factory are out of line and therefore don't quite fit. but close. quite expensive but I couldn't even find them on the Putco website.
