I was trying to find a reasonably priced coat that would fit my daughter's Great Dane. I have 3X and it fit well. I wish they did it in 4X just because Great Danes have a long body. However, it suited him and looked very sharp on him. I don't know about heat and water resistance as I don't use it and my daughter hasn't used it long enough to let me know.

Measurements correspond to the size chart. Our Dobby is a tall girl and most jackets don't fit all of her sizes but this one fits her just fine. So far we have ordered two and a third color will be offered soon. Our Dobby stays warm inside when she's out in the snow, thrives on being able to walk in the rain without getting wet, and is also comfortable enough without being constricting for her to sleep.
