It just works!

I liked the design of this one. One thing I would change is that we can use feet instead of kilometers. yes i can convert it but well. This product saved me a lot of time. now for me it has. maybe not everyone. depends on how detailed the reflectometer needs to be.

It works fine until you tap it lightly on something.

This is a poor quality device. The first one stopped working for me and I had to replace it after literally dropping it half a meter. The second was barely wet from a light rain and stopped working again. That's what I expect from Mist made in China.

OPM (optical power meter) not working

OPM never worked at first. It shows as "LOW" for dBm and NWatt all the time. I just confirmed this by purchasing and testing another power meter with OLS. This should be the simplest measurement but it doesn't work and we tried to contact them in many ways (their website, youtube etc) but never responded.
