DO NOT BUY! Complete garbage. Wouldn't seal at all. I even mistakenly thought it might be the transmission case so I replaced it and the oil pan still wouldn't close. I had to buy another pan.

Installed 6 months, no leaks, straight fit and used rubber gasket is dry. The drain plug doesn't leak either, has been used 3 times to drain the gearbox for service adjustments.
