Beautiful simple compact fan. In fact, it's used as an exhaust fan for a car-mounted alternator that runs off the gen's 12V connector.

For garage ventilation. You don't expect a library in a garage to be quiet, but the fan is loud as hell. I'm not sure how many cfm it moves, but it seems to me it's no more than 300 cfm as an educated guess.

The product lasted about 2 months with infrequent use. Now it makes a loud noise and the fan fails, so I have to redo the work. And buy another fan from someone you can actually turn to if you have problems. The fan is junk at best.

I needed this guy to supply air to a horizontally mounted oil cooler. Everything turned out great. I wish the 90 degree mounting tabs wouldn't slide in and out, but the mounting holes on the front worked well enough. It definitely moves the air - I ended up adding a 1.6 ohm resistor to dampen the sound a bit.

Two of these were installed in the front of my truck to cool the condenser and increase air conditioning performance in heavy traffic or when stopping in town. So far I am very satisfied with the results. Very easy to install. Black wire to power, blue wire to ground to blow air to something, blue wire to power, black wire to ground to blow air away from something.

I would recommend using real screws and a bracket to mount this fan, I wouldn't trust the plastic brackets that come with it. The fan is noisy, doesn't really affect my application as my motor is louder. Cools my transmission coolers and helps the AC condenser. Obviously not as strong as advertised. At the same time I thought it wouldn't, but they would work.

I love this little fan so much it's perfect for my application. The little cover was perfect and the cu. I wanted more safety buffers from stock. I was able to get a 7 inch fan that fits my application with a little modification. The only thing I absolutely despise has nothing to do with the fan is the mounting hardware they give you, it's just crap. It's with all the fans pulling things through the plastic that's a decent design but can't handle the vibration and heat.

Small fans are great value for money. They seem to move every bit of rated airflow at a nice stable voltage. I've seen other people say they thought them flimsy, but when connected properly to the right voltages and amps, these little fans outshine the larger fans that I used to shame. Built-in flange holes made assembly very easy and virtually uncomplicated. This is my new step towards the fans.
