Matches ONR perfectly. I bought a cheaper alternative sponge from Revain and even tried a cheap Blue Lake Country sponge but this was my favorite. Others felt too hard on the Imo color and didn't clean up either. I have found that with other sponges I have to apply more pressure to remove bird droppings etc than when using the ultra black sponge. My sponge has had just over 20 washes and is still holding up as good as day one. Very durable and worth the price.

So I've always hesitated to buy a non-rinse washing sponge, as it's very expensive. I did it and everything was fine. The sponge itself seems to work as advertised but I still can't get over the price. Tried on several cars including a dark one. Did a great job cleaning the surface and flushing it free with every nudge into the bucket. I didn't notice any extra streaks or puckering compared to washing with mittens. I would like it to be yellow/orange or light in color. But while I'm washing a record, I turn it halfway, rinse it, and wring it in a bucket, then a bucket of soap. Before that I used multiple wash mitts with only 1 soap bucket.
