Looks good room for improvement

Installed this unit about 15 months ago as a backup for my electric hob as my house goes out almost every week. The design is nice but some details are missing. First when I tried to use my coffee maker (Italian style) it fell through the top and I had to design some rails to accommodate the Greca coffee maker. Second, when I try to turn it on I have to try many times, it lights up when the handle is released, it turns off. Third, the flame is too high and will not decrease greatly. Fourth, gas

Expensive but well made and burns well

Slightly expensive but very well made and looks good. I tossed this on top of the wood side so when looking at the counter the burners are left and right instead of front and back. It looks much higher quality than it really is. This hob has proven itself very well. I am pleased with the ease of installation and the overall look. The burners are beautiful and powerful. The back is great for bringing a large pot to a quick boil. As you would expect from any stove with a black glass top…

although it was the simple solution he told me on the phone.

Impressive customer service! For the rest of my life I couldn't figure out how to get this thing to burn, but I called their 1-888 number and got a very helpful response from a technician. Problem solved but if the simple solution he told me over the phone didn't work he was also willing to work on a replacement. Many Thanks. So for future buyers who may encounter this problem: This product contains a sensor that will automatically turn off the gas supply if it does not detect a flame. Some…
