This thing does the job. It's not heavy, but for the price, it looks good and works well for small needs. This is a hollow steel tube not shown in the pictures and if you have a larger receiver pin it will fit snugly in the holes. But in general what I was looking for and works for the moment. Costs money.

A perfect example of irresponsible Chinese manufacturing. The holes are not drilled evenly enough for the hitch pin to fit through and attach properly. I have to drill a hole to get the pin through, in other words, COMPLETE! If I had known this product was made in China I would not have bought it.

Looks good, not used yet or anything. 3 stars because, like many others, you have to drill a bit of a hole before the pen even slips through. It didn't take more than 5 minutes, but 1) it would stink if you were in a pinch where you had to use it and you didn't know, and 2) just looks like they must be doing something right. In general, what I expected after installation.

I have one of these that looks the same but is shaped and very strong. This one is hollow and the holes are smaller. It's not one, it's soldered together and not in a good way. Who knows if it will hold up or if it will turn into a 5lb rocket that will fly towards your head or truck. It also has to be drilled to fit, that's no problem. It's still way better than a hook straightening out on the first good pull, or putting a loop on the clutch ball is a big mistake.

This D-ring works as it's supposed to, but I have 3 comments: Have to pull it out every time. A bit annoying, but doesn't bother.2. The bracket is a hollow piece of welded tubing, not a solid forged piece. Good for the price but definitely not as durable as some of the other models.3. I had to file holes for the clutch pin to fit a regular 5/8" clutch pin. And it wasn't just that the paint was too thick. One time offer, a bit disappointing but for the price it gets the job done.
