I like that it's easy to use, has many different options available as well as multiple ways of viewing data which makes organization easier than other systems we've used in past jobs! I like that it has all of my customer information in one place, so if we have to look up something about them or their file they are easier findable this way than with our previous software which was more cumbersome & time consuming when looking through files from years ago! It's easy to use, it can be used by anyone who has basic computer skills (even if they are not familiar with contractors).
