Ratech 11001 Smart Sleeve Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice I took a chance on upgrading my transmission with the Ratech 11001 Smart Sleeve .To my surprise, this product exceeded my expectations and greatly improved the performance of my vehicle. The seamless shift changes and improved longevity of my transmission have impressed me tremendously. However, the installation process can be a bit tricky without proper experience or tools..

I installed one of these about a year ago and got lucky. It fits very well with the gearbox with very little backlash with an Id of around 34mm. Fits well. When I got this one it was slightly larger and casually matched the gear. I called Ratech and explained my problem and they said it would still work but I just giggled when I pulled out the normal style. I just didn't like how it fit. I don't know why they changed the size, the old one fits perfectly. It was on Ford 8.8.
