The support team at Rational is very helpful and knowledgeable. When I'm looking at issues that are more complex than I can handle myself, I can always count on them for help. The interface is not user-friendly. Sometimes I can't find something I'm looking for after I click on it. I like that it allows us to see all software assets in one place so we can easily track our spendings across different departments within our organisation. It also has good reporting features which is easy to use by non IT people too - this helps with transparency throughout the business when using SPM. Not much as such but would recommend RSM tool if you are looking at having single repository where everything goes together (eg Licenses, Projects etc). We have been able to create an efficient
