Like an idiot I ordered without looking directly at my 97 Civic. I just got off of what my buddy told me about changing the brake cable. If I checked, I'd find that I need two of these since the Civic's parking brake locks BOTH rear wheels, not just the right one. replace twice, I will order a second one and swap both cables immediately. I will write later how everything went.
