Raybestos MC36063 Professional Master Cylinder Review

When I received this item it was slightly torn, I took it out of the box and inspected it. It seems to be quite solidly made and weighs about the same as my original master cylinder. So I put it aside and let it sit for a week. when it came time to install it, I saw that it was covered in rust; inside and outside. not very big rust but little spots everywhere, i mean everywhere.
