They make great products. Their software is always a complaint. Paying for a surround sound program was a pain. Should have come. Back then I wanted surround sound to work a little better. Really comfortable headphones. The sound is gray only after installing the program. Then comes the surround sound sale. Then the program is not 100%. I'm glad I got them repaired for a lower price.
