This is the same as any other cheap headset. I am using a PS4 Pro gaming system. The remote doesn't work at all, it doesn't even light up, I have to connect the headset to the controller. Needed a new headset and came across a refurbished offer for this Kraken Tournament Edition. I recently upgraded from W7 to W10 and upgraded in the process and played around with the Razer Synapse app and Windows volume controls but can't figure out how to make the sound louder. I knew this gaming headset was NOT brand new, which is fine because sometimes refurbished is just as good as brand new, but in my case it wasn't. This headset has two settings built in and one in the middle of the row controls volume, mutes the mic, adds bass and a few other things it does, but this item along with the mic on the headset was poor.
