This tablet only lasted a few months. It gets stuck on the home screen. I did a lot of research on how to fix this and I found that the only way to fix it is to contact RCA. They told me it is a common problem because the ROM is not installed. I don't even know what that means, by the way. I was told I could send it back at my own expense. It took me 6-8 weeks to receive it and I had to pay the shipping cost to get it sent back to me. I will no longer use an RCA product.

Bought for my niece for her 11th birthday. As a result, I bought the same for my 67 year old father! It's easier to carry than a laptop. Has both a touchscreen and a detachable keyboard (the touchscreen keys are big enough for my dad to see). Great for almost all ages. Now my kids want it too. Definitely a good deal for Pirce. The device was working fine until it suddenly restarted a few days ago. It matches the Android home screen with a clock, notifications (empty), and buttons at the bottom of the screen.
