This refrigerator cannot be exchanged if it is defective

After the refrigerator had stood for several hours, I connected it to the mains. After about 20 minutes it started making a loud hum that turned on and off with the fridge. I went online and tried to return it only to see a message saying it was NON-REFUNDABLE. After speaking to a Revain customer service representative for 45 minutes who repeated that the unit was non-refundable, I was directed to the supplier. Medium fridge, arrived with significant dents.

In general, this is an ordinary refrigerator. Arrived crumpled. It had 5 dents. The box was undamaged upon arrival. It has a medium capacity. The door has limited storage capacity. When it's on, it's a bit noisy. It has a low hum and can be heard across the room. It's a nice shade of blue and I like the idea that you can pick the color you want. This seller return policy is a headache and not worth the risk of buying anything from them.
