I like that it gives me an easy way to quickly check out social media accounts of my prospects, customers, competitors or anyone else we're working with. The reporting features are also very helpful in seeing what's been posted about us as well as our competitors. Some of the reports can be quite complex so they may need some training if you don't have experience using them yet. It takes time getting used to but once you do it becomes much more intuitive than other platforms I've tried.
