The product is very convenient and you can take it anywhere but I've had it since January and now every time I use it it stops and then I turned it off for 10 seconds. it works again within 10 seconds and i repeat the process again 😣 also when i got the product i got a paper that said to register it and along with the registration it said i get a manicure set which came in a case and it was good and they said I would get it for free. I had a Harmony brand that wouldn't hold a charge. I opened it and there were two AA batteries inside, sealed and not replaceable (poor design, why throw something away because of a dead battery). Rollers and motor are fine. This brand is 1/4 cheaper and more powerful with longer reels. Slow speed was faster than single harmony speed. Also stronger battery = more torque.
